Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions are relevant to protect my clients and myself. Please ensure that you are happy with all content before you proceed with your booking. Bride or Bridal party leader must understand, agree and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including all payments due by specified dates, when submitting the booking form. By proceeding to make your booking, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by the conditions below;

Deposit

I operate on a 'first come first served' basis and whilst I may have confirmed my availability, your booking will not be confirmed, or date held until deposit is received

The deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking via bank transfer. This will be deducted off final payment, this is non-refundable under no circumstances.

Your deposit is to hold your wedding date.

Trials

All Trials will be placed on a week day between Monday - Friday between 9.30am - 2pm, Trials take place at my makeup room in me3, unless the trial booking is over 4 people I will travel to you.

weekends are for weddings & occasional makeup only.

I recommend always pre booking trials in advance, especially in summer months.

Makeup & Hair trials are placed during the day due to the light & to see how long your makeup & hair will last for your big day.

(if I can accommodate a weekend, which this is not a grantee there will be a weekend fee of £10 per person)

Cancellations

If you (the client) cancel your contract, your deposit will not be refundable.

If booked in for hair and makeup with me and cancel one of them treatments you will lose the deposit if within 6 months to your date.

Photographs

You agree to your photographs being used for my website/portfolio/advertising materials.

Prices

Travel Expenses - My prices do not include travel, travel will be discussed prior to the booking. I am happy to travel to all UK destinations. Where time does not allow me to make the journey on the day in question, accommodation expenses will apply.

Prices include strip lashes

Payment in full for Wedding Day services are required 14 days before the event and trial payment is due the week of the trial via bank. Please be sure to put your initials and wedding date as reference.

Confirm sending payment.

If my Makeup kit should get damaged in your company you are fully responsible for replacing the cost of the damaged items.

If you Cancel/Change your booking

Changes to your booking by adding another person to your original booking can only be accepted if time/resources allow on your wedding day. Changes made to reduce the number in your bridal party booked must be declared two months before wedding day or original balance will still be required. Should your booking decrease by over half agreed, costs then fulfilling the booking will be at my discretion. Should your booking change in any way that changes the original agreed cost, this must be declared two months before the wedding, deposits are not refundable

If there are any changes to the original booking, the person responsible for booking must inform me either by phone or email as soon as possible. I will try to accommodate changes to dates etc. However, this is subject to availability.

Should I decide to bring an assistant with me on the day due to the size of you bridal party then I will do so at my personal discretion. The availability of an assistant is not guaranteed and comes with no extra or additional cost to you.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend your wedding due to illness or emergency you will be contacted immediately and I will always do my upmost to try to get cover from other reputable make-up artists.
