Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions are relevant to protect my clients & myself. Please ensure that you are happy with all content before you proceed with your booking. Bride or Bridal party leader must understand, agree and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including all payments due by specified dates, when submitting the booking form. By proceeding to make your booking, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Deposit

I operate on a 'First come first served' basis and whilst I may have confirmed my availability, your booking will not be confirmed, or date held until deposit is received

The deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking via bank transfer or PayPal. After submitting the booking below, you will be redirected to a PayPal payment page. This will be deducted off final payment, this is non refundable.

The balance remaining is due Two weeks prior to your wedding via bank transfer or PayPal.

Trials

Trials are offered at your home or at my Makeup room (ME3), Appointments for these must be made in advance and availability of a weekend appointment is not guaranteed, No trials between May - August on a weekend due to bridal season.

Cancellations

If you (the client) cancel your contract, your deposit will not be refundable.

If booked in for hair & makeup with me and cancel one of them you will the deposit if within 6 months to your date.

Photographs

You agree to your photographs being used for my website/portfolio/advertising materials.

Prices

Travel Expenses - My prices do not include travel, please, I am happy to travel to all UK destinations. Where time does not allow me to make the journey on the day in question, accommodation expenses will apply .

Prices include strip lashes

Payment in full for Wedding Day services are required 14 days before the event. Please be sure to put you initials and wedding date as reference.

if you Cancel/Change your booking

Changes to your booking by adding another person to your original booking can only be accepted if time/resources allow on your wedding day. Changes made to reduce the number in your bridal party booked must be declared 30 days before wedding day or original balance will still be required. Should your booking decrease by over half agreed, costs then fulfilling the booking will be at my discretion.

If there are any changes to the original booking, the person responsible for booking must inform me either by phone or email as soon as possible. I will try to accommodate changes to dates etc. However, this is subject to availability.

Should I decide to bring an assistant with me on the day due to the size of you bridal party then I will do so at my personal discretion. The availability of an assistant is not guaranteed and comes with no extra or additional cost to yourself.
